General Return & Exchange Guidelines -
Shoplens accepts returns and exchanges for credit provided they fall within the
following criteria:

The request for return happens within the 30 day period of the ship date.

The product intended for return has not been opened and is in its original
fully sealed manufacturer packaging.

You must call our Customer Service first at

to obtain a Return Merchandize Authorization number (RMA) before
you can return the product. Please, write the RMA number on the outside of the
box when sending the product back to the following address:

Defective Product Replacement –
Although it is rare that a manufacturer product is defective but none the less
it may occur. In this case, Shoplens will be happy to replace the product upon
the return of the defective product according to the following steps:

The request for return happens within the 30 day period of the ship date.

to obtain a Return Merchandize Authorization number (RMA) before

A new (replacement) order will be processed and charged to your credit card
account.

Once the defective returned product is received by Shoplens, a credit will be
issued to your credit card account for the product received.
Exclusions from our Returns & Exchanges policy –

Any and all products that are custom made or made to order (MTO) can’t be
returned or exchanged.
- Any product listed on our site as final sale, non-returnable or non-exchangeable can’t be returned or exchanged.

Any product that has been opened from its original manufacturer packaging can’t
be returned or exchanged.

Any claims made after 30 days from the ship date can not be honored.
